Tenant Occupied Properties:

  • Screen every adult applicant credit and criminal history.
  • Prepare attorney-approved lease
  • Collect Rent and disperse checks to owners at the end of the month.
  • Slow pay follow up
  • Post notices on property for payment
  • Eviction process done for you
  • Operate within the Landlord Tenant Law
  • Comply with Federal “Fair Housing Act”
  • Handle repairs with licensed, insured and bonded vendors.
  • A strong vendor list for all maintenance & repair items

 

  • Inspections:
  • Move in inspection
  • Move out inspection

 

Owners:

  • Monthly statements
  • End of year statements and 1099 reporting statement.
  • Pay mortgage payment out of rent collected if desired by owner.

 

No set up fees or up front money, we don’t make money unless you make money. Our service is a percentage of the monthly rent on occupied properties.
