About the Owner:

Having purchased and sold a number of properties as an amateur investor, David R Cook, became serious about the Florida Real Estate market when he and his wife, Carla, relocated back to the area from Ocala and purchased his childhood home on Lake Eustis in Tavares!

Being extremely agile in a face-paced environment, David found a niche in the real estate market as a broker and property manager for real estate investors, whether the property is for personal use or used as rental income.

With an opportunity to purchase a local property management division from a colleague in the industry, David set out to become the person that brings investors and residents together for a mutually beneficial relationship!
